How I Healed Myself

Originally born in the US, I have traveled for the last twelve

years domestically and internationally studying the diets and health of people all over the world. My most burning passion was to find the secrets of what makes the human body run at its most optimal level.

I am now in better health and better shape at the age of 31 than I have been in my entire life. I've been a fitness trainer in Germany for the last 4 years and my latest training passion is Yoga.

At the age of 19 I had such severe knee pain that I could not even perform a slow jog. As a person who loved to move around this was very devastating. I went to 6 different doctors about my knee pain and not one could help fix my problems. Deep inside I knew tha

t at such a young age the body should not be breaking down that fast.

After being let down from 6 different doctors I began to take responsibility for myself. I started reading and researching everything I could get my hands on. I spent thousands of dollars taking hundreds of different types of supplements and going to physical therapy. I tried several different exercises and stretches but nothing seemed to work.

It was only until I discovered some unknown truths along the way that set me free from my chronic knee pains. I also had problems with candida and fatigue that were cured when I learned the simple Laws of Nature that rebalance the body and health.

I performed several experiments with these laws and found that everytime I broke away from them my symptoms returned but when I followed the laws again my body would rebalance and optimal health would soon be regained. These Health Laws were known by ancient healers, wisemen, warriors, and prophets. With today’s modern technology these laws can now be understood scientifically.

I hope that my books and other information will reach millions of people so that they become aware of the “real“ things that are disturbing their bodies physically and mentally.
